this weekend: 3 outfits to replicate

Nothing is worse than having something fun to do over the weekend, but not a clue about what to wear. Whether you’re  brunching in between loads of laundry, hitting the town, or simply hanging out, we’ve got you covered this weekend. Here are 3 outfit ideas to copy right now:

Outfit 1: Saturday Exploring

Saturday afternoon is a time when you want to be comfortable, but you also want to look like you still give a shit. You're probably doing something cool like meeting up with your girlfriends, or taking self-indulgent pictures for your fashion blog. Also, you aren't entirely ready to give into sweats or oversized denim because they might be too comfortable, and will thus thwart your plans to go out and have a social life at night. The key here is balance. Go for soft, breathable fabrics, loose silhouettes, and maybe a little oomph with the shoes.

Fringe Mule: Tibi

Outfit 2: Saturday Night

Disclaimer: We rarely advocate for anything bodycon. Seriously, when was the last time you saw either of us rocking a frock like this? The difference here lies in the eye-catching color and stretchy (aka forgiving) material, which makes this a perfect Saturday night look. The knit weave of this dress keeps it cool and sexy, without looking too overdone. Maybe you're heading out on a date, attending a fab fête, or just going out dancing with your girls. It doesn't matter what the plans are, just add a simple sandal, and you're golden...jk vibrant orange.

Outfit 3: Sunday

Oh, Sunday: arguably our favorite day of the entire week. If you're anything like us, you're packing in a quick workout, then brunching, and adding a little excursion to the park, before returning home to do the giant heap of laundry you've been avoiding all weekend. We love this outfit because you can seamlessly move between all your Sunday activities while looking laid back, comfortable, yet super (...dare I say it?) chic. Don't even get us started on the scarf-belt because we may wax poetic about it.
